Where West Begins is a Community Interest Company that provides film and cultural events in the South West of England. The BFI Neighbourhood Cinema Fund has provided initial funding for our first year of film events in 2017/18.  A big thank you to everyone from the BFI, Sarah-Jane, Debbie H, Adam B, Sam A, Maymie and Zara.
