Millie Taylor is Professor of Musical Theatre at Winchester University and author of several books on the subject including “Musical Theatre, Realism and Entertainment”. She started her career as a director of musical theatre and toured Europe for 20 years with musicals such as West Side Story, Rocky Horror Show, and Sweeney Todd. Here she talks about the greatest musical ever and why it is so embedded in our culture.
